You may return most unworn and unwashed items purchased from First Uniform, Inc. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (except on sale merchandise).
Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. If payroll deduction was used as your form of payment, a refund check will be issued.
All payroll deductions will be taken out as originally stated on your receipt.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective item, etc.), we will refund the return shipping costs (standard freight only, 3-5 days).
