How do I return an item?

Return Policy

You may return most unworn and unwashed items purchased from First Uniform, Inc. within 60 days of delivery for a full refund (except on sale merchandise).
If payroll deduction was used as your form of payment, a personal refund check will be issued. All payroll deductions will be taken out as originally stated
on your receipt. Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable. If the return is a result of our error
(you received an incorrect, defective item, etc.), we will refund the return shipping costs (standard freight, 3-5 days).

SHOE Exchanges/Returns: Be sure to try your shoes indoors on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside. This will allow you to test the fit without risk of damage.
Any product you wish to return must be sent in its original packaging and in the exact condition in which it was received. We cannot accept returns for used merchandise
(defective items exempted). A $5.00 box replacement fee will be deducted from your refund if shipping/packing tape is stuck to the outside of the shoe box! To avoid this
charge, please wrap the shoe box in paper or put it inside another box.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on returns of certain non-standard items (items noted online).
Sale items are discontinued items (no reorders) and are exchange only.
Please note that the original shipping charge of your order is non-refundable

All returns/exchanges must go through First Uniform headquarters in Charlotte, NC
Send the item(s) and copy of receipt/packing list to the address below.
Be sure to print and fill out the return form below. Please include this with your package.
